# Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

### 1. Dispatch & Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

If Auralis Longevity is experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you promptly via email if there is a significant delay in getting your tracking data live.

### 2. Domestic Shipping (Australia Wide)
We partner with specialized premium logistics networks to deliver across Australia. Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your location and the specific weight/dimensions of your order.

* **Standard Australian Delivery:** 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
* **Please Note:** Due to the size and weight of premium wellness equipment (such as saunas or heavy fitness gear), we cannot deliver these specific high-ticket items to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical street address is required.

### 3. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)
To bring you the most advanced longevity gear efficiently, our inventory is distributed across specialized fulfillment hubs throughout Australia. If you order multiple distinct items, they may be dispatched separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost, and your items may arrive a day or two apart.

### 4. Delivery Issues & Transit Damages
Your investment is fully protected. If your order arrives physically damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at info@auralislongevity.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. 

Please retain all original packaging and take clear photographs of any transit damage so we can fast-track a replacement or resolution for you immediately.

### 5. Affiliate & Third-Party Purchases (e.g., Amazon)
For specialized products on our platform that link directly to Amazon or other platforms for checkout, shipping and delivery are managed entirely by Amazon’s or the other platforms logistics network. Auralis Longevity does not fulfill, pack, or ship these items. Shipping timeframes, tracking details, and carrier selections for these purchases are subject to Amazon’s or the other platforms standard delivery terms and can be monitored directly within your Amazon account.
