# Return & Refund Policy
At Auralis Longevity, we stand behind the elite quality of our curated wellness and performance range. We recognize that occasional returns are necessary, and our framework is structured to be transparent, efficient, and compliant with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
### 1. 14-Day Change of Mind Window
We offer a strict **14-day change-of-mind return window**. You have 14 days from the date your delivery is marked as received to lodge a formal return request via info@auralislongevity.com.au.
To ensure eligibility for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:
* Completely unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.
* Unopened and securely sealed inside its **original manufacturer packaging**.
* Accompanied by the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.
### 2. Return Logistics & Restocking Fees
* **Return Freight:** For all change-of-mind returns, the customer is fully responsible for organizing and paying for trackable return courier shipping to our designated partner warehouse. **Do not ship returns to our mailing PO Box**, as freight carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes; doing so will invalidate your return. We will provide the exact physical warehouse fulfillment address once your request is reviewed.
* **Restocking Fee:** All approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a mandatory **10% restocking and processing fee**, which will be cleanly deducted from your final store refund to cover warehouse logistics.
### 3. Damages, Faults & Australian Consumer Law
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Under the **Australian Consumer Law (ACL)**, if an item arrives defective, damaged, or is completely incorrect, we will make it right immediately at no expense to you.
Please contact us at info@auralislongevity.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the fault so our team can fast-track a complimentary replacement or full refund.
### 4. Non-Returnable Items & Final Sales
Due to health, safety, and strict hygiene regulations regarding longevity and personal optimization gear, we cannot accept returns on:
* Open-box wellness or personal care items.
* Perishable nutritional goods, supplements, or consumable products.
* Items explicitly marked as **Final Sale** or items purchased during major clearance events.
* Gift cards.
### 5. Returns for Affiliate Purchases (e.g., Amazon)
Please note that our 14-day return framework and 10% restocking fee apply exclusively to items purchased directly through the Auralis Longevity checkout. For any items purchased via external marketplace links (such as Amazon), all returns, replacements, and refunds are governed entirely by Amazon’s customer return policies. To initiate a return for an affiliate product, please log into your Amazon account and process the return through your standard order history panel.
